Drop In Yoga Basics
90 minute Hatha Yoga Class £5
Every Sunday 11.00am
All levels welcome
90 minute class covering simple breathwork while going into detail with foundational yoga poses and finding the most accessible way for you to explore the more ‘complex’ postures without fear. Each class ends with a relaxation exercise helping you absorb the benefits of the class.
Drop in Chair Yoga
30 minute stretch and reset £3
Every Friday 12:45pm
The perfect way to reset body and mind on a Friday afternoon.
Chair yoga is great for people working at a desk for long periods and those with reduced mobility. Don’t be fooled! Chair Yoga is not a cop-out or an easy ride!
You will work your muscles, you’ll get all the benefits of a mat based class you just happen to be sat in a chair while you do it!
