- Starting Karen’s yoga class for me has been life changing, I was previously suffering with anxiety and depression, feeling secluded with being a single mom and only having school runs to connect with other adults was hard.
The yoga itself is fantastic for giving you the buzz of achieving something, Karen is a fantastic tutor and she has a really calming nature.
The other people who attend are friendly and welcoming and I look forward to the class every week.
The methods used in yoga I have taken away with me and slotted in to every day life, now if I am feeling anxious I use the breathing and the exercises where possible to Calm my racing thoughts and also the meditation I use nightly before bed, it’s not one aspect of this that has helped me but every aspect.
